It is an exciting time to join Hillcrest with many transformation projects underway, and we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and provide HR support to the business throughout these changes. Candidates should be CIPD qualified and have significant HR generalist experience in all areas of employment regulations and HR practices.
The Candidate
As HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business on all employment-related matters, employee relations, wellbeing, equality, diversity, inclusion, and employment policies.
You should be a team player and highly organised with excellent communication skills and the ability to apply a logical and analytical approach to problem solving and HR data analysis.
You should have a comprehensive understanding of employment law and best practice, including TUPE.
