Tide Partnership is proud to be working with a values-led residential children’s care provider, looking to expand their People team with an experienced HR Business Partner.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation where safeguarding, compliance, and leadership development are at the heart of their work. You’ll be part of a people-first culture where HR is trusted to lead, influence, and shape the future.
Aligned to the Regional Managing Director, you’ll be the key strategic HR lead across a group of residential services.
With multiple acquisitions and differing service cultures across the patch, we’re looking for someone adaptable – a true chameleon – who can flex their style, build strong relationships, and provide tailored support to leaders at all levels.
You’ll be confident working in regulated care environments, with a strong grip on employment law, safeguarding, and risk management. You'll also be someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves – designing and facilitating leadership sessions, coaching new managers, and helping embed a consistent, positive culture.
This is a regional role. You’ll need to travel regularly across the North-West, so a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
