Job description

We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join a rapidly growing insurance group based in London. This role will report to the Head of HR and look after a medium sized business unit. The ideal candidate will have experience business partnering with stakeholders up to Director level and have strong relationship building skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build strong relationships with and sustain strong relationships with the business leads and wider People team. Act as a member of the management teams in Underwriting and Schemes to help deliver superior business performance.
  2. Lead on successional planning, organisation design and talent management initiatives.
  3. Support with mergers & acquisitions.
  4. Work closely with the TA function to support on recruitment for your business unit.
  5. Liaise with the Employee Relations Specialists.

Requirements:

  1. Experience leading own business unit, partnering with senior stakeholders ideally up to Director level.
  2. Experience working internationally, ideally across Europe.
  3. CIPD Level 5 qualification is ideal.
  4. Strong understanding of Excel and MS Office.
