Job description

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor looking for your next role that will help you step up the career ladder? Then we have just the role for you. Working closely with the Director of People in this busy and thriving professional services organisation, you will be part of an established HR team and work closely with your client group. In addition to supporting your business area with generalist HR, you will also take the lead on developing the L&D strategy within the organisation and be the go-to person for all L&D support.

As HR Business Partner, your role will involve:
  • Working alongside the Recruitment team to support with talent acquisition
  • Delivering HR related training and coaching where necessary
  • Updating and communicating company policies and procedures where required
  • Take on the role of subject matter expert for L&D activities
  • Supporting managers with leadership skills
  • Helping to develop management capability
