Job description

Our client is a successful outsourcing and advisory solutions business offering financial solutions to their global client base. Due to impressive expansion they are keen to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner.

This is a new, permanent HR Business Partner role and an key part of the Group People & Culture Team, driving the people strategy and supporting organisational goals.

The successful HR Business Partner will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team whilst supporting the professional services business streams with the full employee lifecycle and day to day HR operational processes.

The Role

  • Partner with Business Unit Heads to ensure operational and financial goals are met through effective, cyclical people plans and people management
  • Provide professional, proactive HR support and advice
  • Apply organisational and individual change management
  • Identify and manage strategies that enhance individual and team engagement
  • Partner with multi-disciplinary teams and HR team colleagues to improve and deliver consistently high quality people programmes, policies, processes and systems
  • Manage employee relations’ cases such as probationary reviews, performance management, absence, capability , grievance and disciplinary matters
  • Provide essential education, training and development
  • Maintain accurate people data and documentation

The Person

  • CIPD or similar professional HR qualification
  • Minimum of 3+ years recent, relevant experience as a senior HR Business Partner, supporting different stakeholder groups within a professionally focused client environment
  • Confident and competent in change management, organisational development and workforce planning
  • Commercial mindset
  • Thorough and up to date knowledge of employment legislation across both NI and ROI
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively when actively supporting people solutions within a changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driving license and car to travel between sites, if required
