What will the HR Business Partner role involve:
As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering both strategic and operational HR support across the business. Working closely with senior leaders, you will influence decision-making and provide advice on a wide range of HR issues, ensuring the business attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related issues, offering both strategic guidance and day-to-day operational support.
- Lead on employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and organisational development.
- Partner with key stakeholders to drive initiatives around workforce planning, succession planning, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies, managing risk effectively.
- Implement and refine HR policies and processes to align with business goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
- Provide detailed HR metrics and analytics to inform management decisions and support business objectives.
Suitable candidate for the HR Business Partner vacancy:
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably within an SME or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
