A leading client in the catering/hospitality sector is looking for an accomplished Business Analyst to support them in the discovery phase of their new Workforce Management implementation in Dayforce.
This is an HR-focused Business Analyst role. If you have all or most of the following experience, please apply:
Experience as a BA on HR projects is essential. Any experience on Workforce Management modules is an advantage.
Experience with Dayforce is beneficial, but HR/WFM on other systems is also useful experience.
You will be working with a huge variety of stakeholders, from ground teams to C-suite. You'll need to have demonstrable stakeholder skills and an excellent ability to get people on board.
Experience in the hospitality, catering, retail, or related sectors is desirable but not essential.
