Role Overview: The Strategic People and Culture Business Partner will collaborate closely with leadership across the EMEA region, partnering the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Development Officer, to drive organizational design, talent management, succession planning, and overall people strategy. This role is integral to their leadership team, ensuring alignment between people initiatives and business objectives in a fast paced environment to foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizational Design: Partner with leadership to assess and design organizational structures that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Talent Management: Develop and implement talent acquisition and development strategies to attract and develop top talent and ensure a diverse workforce.
Succession Planning: Collaborate with leaders to identify key roles and develop succession plans to ensure business continuity.
Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance management systems that align with business goals and promote accountability.
Coaching and Development: Provide coaching to leaders on people-related issues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of people initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Must understand Operations and Construction.
Exposure to shift patterns and 3rd party workforce.
Proven experience as a People and Culture Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a multinational environment.
Strong understanding of organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
