About Our Client

The client is a manufacturing organisation based in Droitwich.

Job Description

  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Deliver HR initiatives covering recruitment, talent management, compensation, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Support leadership teams in driving culture-building efforts, employee satisfaction, and organisational alignment.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and update HR policies in line with best practices.
  • Utilise HR metrics and workforce data to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee HR administration, including contract management, onboarding, HR systems maintenance, and payroll support.
  • Drive efficiency improvements through HR process enhancements and system updates.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Human Resources Management and/or CIPD Level 7 qualification (or working towards it).
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Experience working in a large matrix organisation is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and UK employment law.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to foster a transparent and collaborative workplace.
