HR Associate/ HR Advisor

Our client is a medium-sized Not For Profit Organisation based in South Manchester, with an established presence and commitment to providing exceptional service to its clients.

Job Description

As the HR Associate, you will report to the HR Manager/Business Partner and take responsibility for providing HR advice to the Senior Leadership Team. You will take part in and lead on HR projects, ensuring all systems and databases are maintained and kept up to date at all times. You will undertake site visits and audits to ensure all HR records are compliant with legislation, as well as supporting the delivery of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Additionally, you will assist with performance management processes, contribute to staff training and development initiatives, manage employee records in compliance with GDPR, and support in HR policy development and documentation while contributing to the promotion of a positive company culture.

The Successful Applicant

The successful HR Associate should have:

• An academic background in Human Resources or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Understanding of GDPR and other relevant HR regulations
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Availability to start at short notice
