- Previous HR experience at HR Assistant or Coordinator level is essential.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and excellent communication skills.

Job Description
As HR Associate, you'll be involved in a mix of operational and advisory HR tasks, supporting employees and managers across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting employee relations cases, including disciplinaries and grievances
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
- Managing HR administration, contracts, and policy updates
- Supporting training and development initiatives
- Ensuring HR data is kept up to date and producing HR reports
- Being the first point of contact for HR queries
The Successful Applicant
HR Associate - What We're Looking For:
- Previous HR experience, ideally at HR Assistant or HR Coordinator level
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and policies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
- CIPD Level 3 or working towards it (desirable)
