Are you an education expert? We are currently seeking to represent an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant for a secondary school based in Birmingham, West Midlands (B9 5SS area). We are supporting a well-established, friendly Secondary school team with their recruitment need for a temporary HR Assistant for an ongoing, interim role.

If you are an experienced HR Assistant, who is either available immediately or thinking of reaching out to discuss new job opportunities within schools in Birmingham, West Midlands (B9 5SS area), we would be keen to speak with you.

This school office job is offered on a full-time basis to begin immediately until at least the end of the academic year. The school is looking for an experienced candidate who has supported with HR administrative duties in the past and is ideally CIPD qualified.

Responsibilities:

1. Support HR administrative duties.
2. Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies.

Minimum Requirements:

1. A relevant UK based qualification.
2. Substantial experience working within an administrative role.
3. All required documents for safer recruitment processing including, but not limited to a valid right to work proof.
4. Exceptional references.

Once shortlisted, a one-to-one interview will be scheduled with your dedicated consultant to discuss your experience and personal requirements.

Details:

Proposed start date: Immediate start
Working hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £100 to £130 per day
