Our client has a great opportunity for an HR Assistant who is at the early stages of their career, to become part of their HR team in Mayfair.

What you will be doing day to day:

  1. Acting as first point of contact for HR enquiries
  2. Maintaining and updating the HR CRM (Workday)
  3. Keeping HR calendar up to date, e.g., dates for performance and pay reviews
  4. Liaising with colleagues in HR Operations and the Legal team
  5. Assisting with HR events including onboarding for 2025
  6. Handling end-to-end recruitment from job postings, selection, offer, and pre-onboarding
  7. Working closely with Head of Compensation & Benefits during the annual review process
  8. Providing support for HR projects and initiatives
  9. Supporting the Learning and Development projects

The skills you need to bring:

  1. Great communication skills
  2. A recent degree (with modules in business with HR) and experience in a work placement
  3. Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  4. Superb attention to detail
  5. Proactive attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, accuracy, and attention
  6. Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  7. Good team player with a collaborative approach
