Type: Part time (24 hours a week, ideally across 3 days)

Duties and responsibilities of the HR Assistant:

1. Assist with the on-boarding and off-boarding of staff
2. Keep the HR Platform up to date
3. Monitor and action items within the HR mailbox
4. Manage absences
5. Support with events onsite

Qualifications and requirements for the HR Assistant:

1. Extensive administrative background
2. Experience as an admin of HR Systems is desirable
3. Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, Office
4. Current UK Driver's License
5. Occasional travel to other Norfolk/Suffolk sites and other UK sites
