As an HR Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, referencing company policies and escalating as needed
  • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, HR documentation, payroll tracking, and offboarding
  • Coordinating and maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law
  • Assisting in organising interviews, training sessions, and employee engagement events
  • Supporting the HR manager in employee relations meetings, taking accurate minutes
  • Contributing to HR projects, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives

As an HR Assistant, your skills and experience will include:

  • 1+ years experience within an administrative role, ideally within HR
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification
  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism
  • Familiarity with HR systems (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
