Job summary

An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support their dynamic HR team in London. This role is vital in assisting with various HR administration tasks, including recruitment, learning & development, and performance management processes. You'll play a key role in coordinating new starter inductions, managing payroll processing, and maintaining essential HR records. Qualifications

  • 18+ months experience in an administrative or HR role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.

  • Assist with leavers & joiners process including references and inductions.
  • Support payroll processing and maintain the probation log.
  • Book training and implement an effective database.

Job description

Oakleaf Partnership are working closely with a rapidly growing financial services organisation to assist them in their search for a HR Administrator to join their London based HR team. The purpose of the role is to offer support to the HR team and assist in all aspects of HR administration, including recruitment, learning & development, benefits & reward and performance management processes.

Responsibilities:
  1. Assist with leavers & joiners process including references, new starter packs, inductions, pre-employment screenings and leaver letters
  2. Co-ordinate new starter inductions and collating the new starter packs
  3. Support on payroll processing
  4. Maintain the probation log, keeping relevant managers up to date and raising any issues with the Head of HR
  5. Book training as required, implement an effective database and keep up to date records
Experience:
  1. Experience working in an administrative role or a HR role for 18 months or longer
  2. Microsoft Office skills
  3. Organisational and planning skills
  4. Strong attention to detail
