The HR Assistant will have a strong experience working in a HR capacity ideally within
professional services environment. It is essential to possess excellent organisational,
interpersonal and prioritisation skills along with competency in MS Office Applications.
The HR Assistant will also have advanced time management skills, the ability to prioritise effectively and handle multiple deadlines, The right candidate will possess exceptional
attention to detail and excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
The new HR Assistant will work autonomously and be an enthusiastic individual eager to take on more responsibility and meet high levels of client service.
The key duties will include:
* Maintaining accurate workday records and completing cyclical system testing
* Maintaining all personnel and immigration files in line with the HR document retention policy and GDPR regulations
* Recording sickness absences
* Ordering of flowers, gifts and vouchers
* Processing all HR invoices
* Verifying employment, tenancy and other references
* Managing the HR email inbox
* Undertaking periodic audits of HR documentation and processes
* Involvement in local, European and global talent projects and initiatives
