Job Description
The key duties of the HR Assistant will be as follows:
Assist with recruitment, screening resumes, and coordinate interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Support on boarding and orientation for new hires.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support.
Help create monthly management reports and employee surveys.

The successful HR Assistant will possess the following skills and attributes:
