A Technology Consultancy company is looking for an approachable, confident HR Assistant. You will report into the HR Manager and assist with the development and implementation of the company’s HR function, in support of the whole business. You will also be responsible for helping the HR manager to develop HR policies, update documents, and support end-to-end recruitment while sourcing, coordinating, and administering training and development across the company.
This role would suit a very organized and eager individual who is highly motivated and a proactive team player.
It is vital that the successful candidate is incredibly switched on and articulate, with excellent interpersonal communication skills. They are looking for someone level-headed who is used to a fast-paced environment and can use their own initiative.
