Role Overview

As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and training coordination while ensuring smooth HR operations across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
  • Preparing and maintaining employee records, contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Supporting payroll by ensuring accurate attendance, leave, and contract updates
  • Coordinating training programs and tracking employee development initiatives
  • Responding to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures
  • Assisting with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensuring HR compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Supporting HR-led projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives and wellbeing programs

Who We Are Looking For

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience in HR or an administrative role is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a willingness to learn HR software
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to work
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
