Role: HR Assistant, Full Time/Permanent

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire, Full Time in Office

Salary: £25,000

Our client seeks a detailed Human Resources Assistant to manage administrative tasks in a shared service environment, requiring a thorough understanding of HR practices and employment law.

The Role:

As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be essential to keeping the HR department running smoothly. Your outstanding organisational abilities will be crucial to making sure that all HR-related paperwork is completed correctly and quickly.

  1. Create and Update Employee Handbooks for Clients
  2. Ensure all HR related Administration is processed efficiently and appropriately
  3. Process all new starter administration
  4. Assist with employee life cycle administration, including leavers
  5. Support with formal meetings for various Employee Relations cases

The Right Candidate:

  1. Employment Law knowledge is crucial
  2. It would be excellent to have prior experience with HR software systems.
  3. Strong communication abilities, both writing and speaking, are required.
  4. Strong time-management and organising abilities are essential.
