What we are looking for:
You will have a minimum of 2 years working in a Human Resources Department and ideally hold a CIPD level 5 qualification (CPP) – we are looking for someone who has experience of supporting Line Managers with HR queries and meetings including note taking.
The ideal candidate will have experience of producing and analysing HR data metrics for Line Managers and the Senior Leadership Team. They will have a good knowledge of HR practice and process, excellent attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively. An effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be a strong team player with an excellent can-do attitude.
You will be highly proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 with a good working knowledge of HR Information Systems and databases.
