Job Description
As the HR Assistant, you will be:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Help in onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation programmes
Participate in organising training sessions and workshops
Provide assistance in handling employee relations and resolving issues
Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
Support in maintaining employee records and HR databases
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
Support other HR projects as needed
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Assistant should have:
Experience in a HR Assistant role
Excellent Attention to detail
Varied admin experience
Knowledge of UK HR policies and procedures

You will be rewarded with an hourly rate of £18 - £20p/h.
