A brilliant school based in Hillingdon is looking for a HR and Payroll Officer to help ensure the smooth and timely processing of payroll and to provide full HR support in a confidential manner.
HR and Payroll Officer summary:
Salary: £25k-£30k
Process contract variations through ITrent, ensuring correct authorisations, accurate information entry, and issuing relevant paperwork to employees.
Work closely with the HR Officers and Head of HR to deliver a high-quality, professional, friendly, and efficient HR service.
Liaise with finance to ensure correct details are processed on payroll for all staff and that new staff are added.
Provide support and information to the principal throughout the recruitment process, including information on advertising and recruitment timescales.
Record monthly absence (sick leave, maternity, special leave) by payroll deadline dates.
Liaise with Health and Safety champion to ensure all risk assessments are completed.
HR and Payroll Officer requirements:
A 2:1 degree or above.
Experience in a busy HR/Payroll position; school experience is a bonus.
Proficient with Microsoft applications.
Self-starter and proactive.
Willingness to work under pressure and meet quick deadlines.
DBS checks.
