We have an exciting opportunity for an interim Payroll and HR Operations Officer in a well-established public sector organisation in Central Bristol.
The Role
The successful candidate will join the People Services Team, who are responsible for processing and running Payroll; liaising with our Pension provider to ensure timely and effective pension updates; and providing first line People (HR) customer support through coordinating, administering and processing a range of People related activities.
Key to this role will be a focus on supporting the delivery of our monthly Payroll and supporting our pension provision in collaboration with the Senior Payroll and HR Operations Officer, third party providers, and the wider People Services Team. The successful candidate will also provide support to the People Services Team via a mentoring and skills development/transfer approach.
