Experience in handling high volume HR and payroll queries.
Strong customer service skills are essential.

Handle a variety of HR/payroll queries from internal stakeholders.
Assist with new starters, pay shift, and timesheet queries.

Our client, a global engineering company, would like to hire a solid HR/Payroll Advisor to work with a variety of queries. You will have experience handling a high volume of queries from internal stakeholders, which may include:

New starters
General pay shift queries
Timesheet queries
Attachment of earnings

Experience with volume queries and customer service is essential.

This is a hybrid role with training for four weeks onsite, followed by the option for hybrid working (2 days a week WFH and 3 days onsite).
