HR & Finance Coordinator

This HR & Finance Coordinator role will be busy and varied and will include but not be limited to:

  • Recruitment coordination;
  • Onboarding;
  • Data and records management;
  • Payroll administration;
  • Learning & Development;
  • Credit control;

Experience

The successful candidate will have prior experience within both an HR administration and Finance administration setting, having supported with credit control, HR administration, and payroll. You will have excellent relationship building and confidentiality skills, with the ability to think both sensitively and tactically.

A fantastic team player, you will work closely with the HR Manager and Finance Manager, as well as wider stakeholders. You will be flexible and proactive in your approach to work, with strong IT and database skills.

Location

This is a full-time role of 36.5 hours and hybrid working is possible, if desired, after the initial probation period. This role is based in North Oxford.

You must have the full right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available for this position. You must be able to commit to the length of this contract.
