Oakleaf Partnership have been assigned by a boutique asset management firm to assist them in their search for a HR Analyst. This role is perfect for a HR professional with circa 2 to 4 years experience who is comfortable with the full employee lifecycle, and has worked within professional or financial services.

The purpose of the role is to deliver a high-quality HR services to all employees, helping retain and develop talent.

Responsibilities:

Take control of recruitment process
Maintain HR database
Preparation of offer letters and employment contracts
Designing induction courses
Designing training and development
Preparing Payroll for the outsourced provider
Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date

Experience Required:

Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong HR Generalist experience
Experience working within financial services or professional services
Ability to work under pressure
