- Producing People Data for the business.
- Board Reporting and creating KPI metrics for the HR team.
- Analyzing data related to absence and attrition.
- Submitting pay data to an external benchmarking provider.
- Analyze and evaluate HR data and metrics.
- Collaborate with HR team to improve HR strategies.
- Conduct regular audits on HR processes and systems.
- Assist in the development of HR presentations and reports.
- Provide support in HR projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements in HR practices.
- Assist in training and development initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Analyst should have:
- A solid background in Human Resources or related field.
