Job Description

  • Producing People Data for the business.
  • Board Reporting and creating KPI metrics for the HR team.
  • Analyzing data related to absence and attrition.
  • Submitting pay data to an external benchmarking provider.
  • Analyze and evaluate HR data and metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR team to improve HR strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits on HR processes and systems.
  • Assist in the development of HR presentations and reports.
  • Provide support in HR projects as required.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements in HR practices.
  • Assist in training and development initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Analyst should have:

  • A solid background in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros or system coding would be an advantage.
