HR Analyst

Certain Advantage is hiring for an HR Analyst based in Broughton.

This role is on a contract basis and is hybrid-based.

The Company

We're working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and have a separate Space and Defense division.

The Role

This role is for an HR Analyst-someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.

You'll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

1. Analysis and approval of incoming Personnel Administration changes
2. Processing of all changes via the 'Interface Monitoring Tool' into SAP

The Individual

We're looking for people who can show:

1. Data Input, Data Analysis within a payroll environment
2. Computerised Payroll System - SAP Preferable
3. Computerised personnel administration system - Workday desirable
