HR Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an innovative, global law firm as a HR analyst, based in Birmingham City Centre, on a 6 month FTC. If you have previous experience in a similar role, with the capability to produce HR reports and confidently present the data, this may be the role for you! The successful candidate will enjoy a hybrid role, working 3 days in the office, with a salary of up to £48k and some excellent benefits!

You will primarily be responsible for running and producing all relevant HR reports, analyzing this data, and reporting it back. The responsibilities of this role include:

1. Reviewing the pay review process
2. Gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting
3. Identifying data discrepancies
4. Providing pay modeling
5. Working closely with the HR teams to resolve any issues that arise

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role. Experience in a legal setting is not compulsory, but being a confident presenter with excellent people skills and a keen eye for detail and analytics is key. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
