HR Administration Support
Location: Broughton, Chester
Contract: 12-month contract, full-time
Pay: £16.08 per hour PAYE / £21.51 per hour Umbrella

We're currently hiring for a HR Administration Support role to join a collaborative and fast-paced HR team based in Broughton, Chester. This is a 12-month contract offering a great opportunity to contribute to a wide range of personnel-related processes and systems.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, providing essential support for personnel administration tasks through systems like Workday and SAP. The role also involves ensuring a seamless link between HR and payroll functions by processing accurate data and supporting key admin operations.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Analyse and approve incoming personnel changes via Workday, including:
    1. New external and internal hires
    2. Terminations
    3. Job changes (e.g. location, contract type, working hours)
    4. Organisational changes and personal detail updates
    5. Leaves of absence (maternity, adoption, sabbaticals)
    6. International mobility cases (transfers, secondments)
  2. Monitor and manage data flow between Workday and SAP systems
  3. Process personnel changes in SAP using the Interface Monitoring Tool
  4. Complete manual SAP entries where automatic updates are not possible
  5. Handle related admin tasks such as holiday pay, settlement agreements, right-to-work checks, and P45/Starter Checklists
  6. Support testing and rollout of future Workday improvements
  7. Work alongside the Workday Project Team on tool enhancements
  8. Respond to personnel queries via phone and email
