We have a great opportunity to join a growing People Team focused on our Manufacturing colleagues, located throughout the UK.

The role is based at our site in Warrington, 5-days a week.

Reporting to: HR Business Partner

About the Role:

The HR Advisor will report into the HR Business Partner and support them in key areas including employee relations cases, data analysis and project work plus support the wider group with HR-related activities. Providing advice and guidance to staff and managers and work with them to ensure they follow processes and procedures.

Role Responsibilities Include:
  1. Take responsibility for the management of all core ER cases across business areas including all sickness cases, flexible working requests, performance management plans, grievance and disciplinary processes.
  2. Provide advice and guidance to colleagues and managers as required.
  3. Liaise with the HR Business Partner to ensure appropriate support is provided to THG on complex ER issues.
  4. Coach and influence managers developing their people management/leadership skills.
  5. Ensure all cases of formal performance management are documented.
  6. Support with creation and roll out of engagement activities.
  7. Delivery of HR module training to internal management team.
  8. Work closely with wider People Team (Talent, Payroll/T&A/Shared Service/People Data).
  9. Data Analysis.
  10. Attrition analysis.
  11. Exit Interviews and associated action planning.
To be considered for this role you should have the following Skills and Experience:
  1. At least two years HR experience.
  2. Clean UK Driving License.
  3. Experience advising managers and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
  4. Experience managing HR cases, within warehousing or manufacturing environment is desirable.
  5. Strong technical skills and a good working knowledge of current employment legislation.
  6. Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  7. Strong relationship building skills.
  8. Ability to analyse data and summarise key findings.
  9. Good communication and data presentation skills.
  10. Capable of working using your own initiative.
  11. Flexible and adaptable.
  12. Level 5 CIPD Qualification.
As part of this role, you will be required to travel.
