Join our People Team as HR Advisor!

We are searching for an HR generalist with experience providing HR guidance and advice in a similar role, to join our People Team and provide support across a range of human resources activities.
As People Advisor, you will become part of our growing People team, joining a team of 5 HR generalists led by our UK People Director. You will provide first line HR advisory and administrative support to designated business units, working in partnership with managers and Senior People Business Partners to provide an effective and commercial people service.
You will work closely with one other People Advisor, collaborating to provide a full 1st line HR support services to the 1300+ people who make up our UK business. You will manage the full life cycle of a range of employee relations cases, escalating to Senior People Partners on more complex cases and supporting them throughout.
You will also be a key part of essential people team projects as we continue to develop our people function to maintain an efficient, comprehensive and successful service for all Gleeds employees.
