Job Title: HR Advisor (Mat Cover 12 Months)

Location: Portsmouth (with regular travel to Epsom)

Salary: Competitive on par with industry average

Are you an experienced HR Advisor who is used to working in a busy and fast paced environment? Would you like to work for a growing organisation who are part of one of the biggest brands in the world?

HR Advisor role overview:

Based on the outskirts of Portsmouth, our client is looking for a highly competent HR Advisor. You will be responsible for providing specialist advice to the people managers across this fantastic business.

What the HR Advisor role will involve:

  1. Collaborating with managers to attract, hire and retain great people
  2. Maintaining the people related policies
  3. Supporting wellbeing, belonging, diversity, equity, and inclusion and associated initiatives
  4. Providing ER advice such as absence and/or performance improvement
  5. Checking the monthly payroll submission

What you will bring:

  1. HR and Employment legislation exposure
  2. Have a driving license and access to a vehicle
  3. Recruitment experience
  4. Be comfortable working in a busy corporate environment
  5. Confident user of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook

This role is offered on a hybrid basis of 3 days a week in the office, with approximately 1 of these days based in the Epsom office.
