Your new role
You will join the HR team and be responsible for providing all round HR support to a department of the organisation.
Working closely with all 3 functional experts of the HR leadership team: OD & Talent Management, Change and HR Operations, as well as the HR Project Manager, this role will assist in the delivery of an exemplary, agile, customer-focused HR service.
You will support line managers and ensure high quality, consistent and efficient advice, and guidance on a full range of people matters is provided.
As well as generalist HR work you will be supporting the 3 Functional Heads on projects.
