Job description

A market leading data insights organisation based in Central London is seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR manager as they go through a significant period of change and growth. You will provide generalist HR support to the firm (200 employees) including employee relations, day to day BAU, policy and process improvement and helping deliver employee engagement initiatives.

Please note this role is paying £160p/d on a 3 month contract with a possibility of a permanent opportunity and is hybrid working (2 days in the central London office 3 days working from home). This is an URGENT requirement and the client needs an immediate start and can only consider people who are available to start by 29th August.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Providing advice and best practice guidance to employees, line managers and partners on employee relation issues including low level disciplinary and performance management issues, flexible working requests, mental health cases and long term absentees, with a resolution focused approach.
  2. Helping with policy and process design.
  3. TUPE processes.
  4. Collating and analysing data to establish and analyse HR trends.
  5. Assisting the HR Manager with research projects.
  6. Assisting in the implementation of new HRIS and ATS systems.
  7. Building effective relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation.
  8. Managing HR onboarding.
  9. Managing exit interviews.
  10. Ad hoc tasks within the team.

Qualifications

  1. CIPD level 5 qualified or working towards this.
  2. At least 3-5 years HR generalist experience, ideally within a professional services organisation/partnership.
  3. Experience in managing ER cases including long term sickness absence.
  4. Experienced with a HRIS and ATS system.
  5. Excellent time management skills.
  6. Advanced MS Office skills specifically Excel.
