ABOUT THE SECTOR: Waste management and recycling is one of the strongest growth sectors in the UK, leading to an abundance of rewarding and progressive career paths to people from inside and outside the industry.

Salary: £35,000 plus pension

Career: My Client is offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join a growing company within the waste and recycling industry.

Location: Rugby, Lutterworth, Leicester and surrounding areas

ROLE: HR Advisor

Provides operational support for higher-level positions in communication, implementation, and monitoring of HR strategy initiatives through research, analytical and reporting activities.

As HR Advisor, you will execute the defined HR processes, standards, and tools to ensure the realization of HR function operational objectives.

Supports the monitoring of defined HR metrics and development of recommendations regarding changes in the structure, roles, processes, competencies, staffing or workforce composition.

Supports any change management activities through preparation of communication, cultural considerations, data gathering, analytical and reporting activities.

Solves simple and routine employee issues.

Performs any HR administration tasks which document HR processes execution.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: HR Advisor

1. Experience managing ER casework
2. Practical knowledge and experience about HR processes - HR Generalist
3. Understanding of internal client needs and proven ability to solve routine problems for them
4. Ability to work collaboratively across functions
5. Ability to successfully influence outcomes
6. Well-developed analytical skills, Project Management
7. Advisor in the context of policy implementation & people processes
