Job Summary
A great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor, with an emphasis on Employee Relations.
This is a temporary assignment on a fixed term contract up to 29th August 2025 to cover a sabbatical period of absence, working 4 days a week (32 hours per week) with a start date as soon as possible (subject to satisfactory compliance checks, including right to work check, references and Enhanced DBS check).
As the HR Advisor of Prometheus, you report to the Head of HR to support and work collaboratively, building effective working relationships with the wider Prometheus team.
The role has a strong focus on employee relations, but also provides the opportunity to be actively involved in organisational change and resource management.
This is an office-based role (Birmingham, Fort Dunlop).

Role Overview:
Create and update HR content which is legally compliant and in support of the HR function. Train, upskill and support our line management community through coaching and training. Create and present data insights to contribute to strategic decisions, manage employee relations cases in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Maintain effective relationships with the business and consistently maintain high professional standards in line with ACAS and the CIPD Code of Professional Conduct.
Champion the visions and values of our business and in particular where they impact on our workforce.
Respond to and answer general queries that are sent to the HR Inbox, owning where possible, and escalating where required.
Own longer-term projects that support business growth through HR input.
Support delivery of, and sometimes lead, training sessions owned by HR.
Support consultations and business restructuring with wider business leaders. Act as a point of contact for colleagues with specific change queries.
