HR Advisor (Field Based) - Sheffield - Regional role with Hybrid Working - £35,000 to £37,000 DOE, plus car allowance.

This is a rapidly expanding franchise business who looks after several well-known retail brands. The HR function is continually developing and progressing.
Your new role:
This is an exciting role working with the HR Business Partner for a well-known brand. You will be a key part in establishing a trusted partnership with the Line Managers and building the HR capability across the Group.
The role will support mostly with the ER case work across the different sites and be responsible for the end-to-end process, including grievances and disciplinaries.
Other areas you will look at include performance management, probation, conduct, and upskilling and advising the management team.
As a generalist role, you will also support with other areas such as:
NB: This is classed as a "field-based" role and therefore the package includes a car allowance of £4500 pa. Hybrid working - 1 day at head office in Sheffield, 2 days on site/regional/local travel, and 2 days a week at home - depending on workloads and business requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate should have HR experience in advising on complex employee relations matters and be able to support on other generalist areas. Ideally, you should be Level 3 CIPD qualified as a minimum, Level 5 (or wanting to study / working towards). Experience partnering with key stakeholders is essential.
