Location: Thetford- Onsite
Salary: Competitive Salary + benefits
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, core hours 9am - 5pm

1. Provide expert advice on employee relations matters.
2. Support managers in handling employee issues effectively.
3. Conduct investigations and manage grievance procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in HR, particularly in employee relations.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
