Job description

A leading media agency is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 12m FTC.

Due to some structural changes on the team, this HR Advisor FTC has been created to provide additional support and manage HR generalist duties for two of the agency's c. 500. Working closely alongside the wider people team, including another HR Advisor, this role will be responsible for overseeing all people issues including advising on ER issues - mostly issues around performance management. It is a busy time for them, so you will need to be a team player with knowledge of UK employment law.

They are looking for a highly organised, passionate, and experienced HR professional (ideally 2 years' experience in an advisory capacity) who is ready to make an immediate impact in their large agency. You'll closely support their HR Team and the wider agency's management community.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, perfect for someone with a proven track record of building fast, collaborative relationships and being credible with ER. CIPD Level 5 is a strong preference but they will consider candidates who meet all requirements. They are open on industry, but if you have worked within a similar size business/within an agency then this is ideal!

They have a 50/50 hybrid model, with Central London based offices.
