HR Advisor - Wisbech - £30,000 - £33,000
ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a HR Advisor in Wisbech with immediate effect for our client who leads their market nationally.
Logistics experience and working across multiple sites would be very advantageous.
The hours for this role are 8:30 AM - 5 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

This role will be based in Wisbech with the opportunity to travel across different sites.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Overseeing the recruitment process
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation as required
- Processing leavers
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Ensure employee files are maintained
- Maintaining HR database
- Ensure Company handbooks are up to date in conjunction with the Group HR Department
- Monitor holiday and sickness
- Maintain training records
- Provide advice and support on employee relations queries, attending disciplinary, grievance or appeal meetings as required
- Provide support with the performance management process
- Collate accurate payroll data
- Assisting the Group HR Manager with projects as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience at HR Advisor level is essential
- Experience of working within the transport industry is desirable
- CIPD Qualified (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Enjoy working within a fast-paced environment
