HR Advisor Food Production Industry

GBP35,000
Leeds - site based.
Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00

JGA are partnering with a leading UK food producer seeking an HR Advisor to support a busy team in a fast-paced environment. You will provide frontline HR advice, drive employee engagement, and support key HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advise managers on HR matters including absence, grievances & performance
  2. Coach and support line managers on policies & best practices
  3. Lead site HR initiatives (wellbeing, compliance, engagement)
  4. Manage a small team of HR administrators
  5. Analyse & report on key HR metrics (absence, retention, headcount)
What You’ll Need:
  1. HR experience in a busy environment (FMCG experience a plus)
  2. Strong communication & organizational skills
  3. Ability to stay calm under pressure
