Looking for an HR Advisor role where you will be fully involved supporting an enviable range of clients and organisations?

Working with clients who really value our full -service HR consultancy and the tailored services we provide?

This HR Consultancy are a trusted and reliable partner to clients across the UK, predominately in the Southeast and London

Established for over a decade, we are a growing small business and due to ongoing success, we are now seeking to engage a new HR Advisor to join their team

This is a great opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day business.

Working alongside the MD and Principal HR Consultant. Supporting their client casework, service delivery and business growth and development.

To thrive in this role, you will be able to demonstrate key areas below:

Skills and Experience:

  • Evidence of working within a Human Resources function, delivering full HR lifecycle administration and advice
  • CIPD level 5 (or working towards) as a preferred minimum
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good with people great at building relationships
  • Customer service emphasis on delivering excellent customer service, often exceeding customers expectations
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Word and Excel but also a good understanding of social media use for business. Use of an HR Information System desirable.
  • Self-motivated and well organised to manage the different client requests and needs
  • Willing to help out in all aspects of the business
