Location - Langley / Flexible south location
Hours - Monday-Friday 37.5
Salary £40,000 + Bonus + Car

What You’ll Do:
  1. Provide expert advice on recruitment, policies, and performance management.
  2. Support HR Managers with employee relations, engagement initiatives, and key projects.
  3. Ensure smooth HR processes, from onboarding to reporting and training coordination.
  4. Foster strong relationships across the business through effective communication and support.

What We’re Looking For:
  1. Qualifications: CIPD Level 3 or 5 preferred (or relevant experience).
  2. Experience: HR advisory experience, ideally in warehousing/distribution.
  3. Skills: Strong IT proficiency (MS Office), data interpretation, and reporting.
  4. Mindset: Collaborative, proactive, and motivated with great time management.
