HR Advisor
Our valued client, based in Caerphilly, is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and driven HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the team with ER Casework and Absence Management.

This position requires a detail-oriented and organised individual with a passion for helping others. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge further within HR and is looking for that next step. This position comes with a salary of £28,000 and hybrid working. Our client is looking for someone who can start immediately.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supporting the Training team to manage the onboarding process.
  2. Provide advice and guidance to managers on all HR matters, including ER, Policies and Procedures, People Development, and Absence Management.
  3. Lead the employee support and wellbeing process.
  4. Preparation of case related details for disciplinaries and grievances.
  5. Collate and issue reports to meet the needs of the organisation, including providing up to date information in TUPE.
  6. Developing specific training courses.
  7. Keeping up to date with checks, annual leave requests, maternity leave, and more.
  8. Monitoring of the HR inbox, data entry, and first point of contact.

Key Requirements:
  1. CIPD qualification (Desirable)
  2. Experience working with Employee Relations
  3. Strong IT skills
  4. Experience with GPDR
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
