Salary: Up to £32 DOE
Role Type: Permanent (6m probation period)
Location: Milton Keynes, office based
Working Hours: 8:30am till 5pm, 1 hour lunch (some flexibility available on hours)

HR Advisor Duties and Responsibilities
- Empower Managers: Provide expert guidance on HR policies and processes, ensuring employee relations are managed effectively.
- Keep Us Organized: Update and maintain electronic HR records with precision and care.
- Deliver Insights: Create HR reports for both UK and global teams to support informed decision-making.
- Track and Manage Absences: Partner with area managers to monitor holidays, sickness, and other absences using our online portal.
- Develop Talent: Collaborate with managers to identify training and development needs and help bring them to life.
- Solve Challenges: Offer advice on conduct and capability issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Stay Current: Help keep policies and processes updated, and make sure managers are in the know about any changes.
- Collaborate on Strategy: Assist the HRBP in driving forward our HR strategy and identifying areas for improvement.
- Take on Projects: Contribute to initiatives in employee engagement, training, benefits, and more.
HR Advisor Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- CIPD qualified to Level 3 and working toward Level 5 (we’re happy to sponsor your development).
- Experience: Previous experience in a generalist HR role with solid knowledge of UK employment law.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- A talent for building strong relationships with managers.
- A team-first mindset with a drive to support others.
- Excellent time management and the ability to juggle priorities under pressure.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
