Job Description

The key responsibilities of a HR Advisor candidate will include, but may not be limited to;

• Take responsibility for providing advice and generalist HR support
• Develop effective on-going relationships
• Own the delivery of key people processes
• Produce weekly and monthly reports when required
• Handle employee relations issues
• Contribute to the development of HR strategies
• Assist in training and developing managers in people related matters
• Support the implementation of change management initiatives
• Providing HR support for ad-hoc operational business related projects
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

• A degree in Human Resources or a related field
• CIPD level 3 qualification or working towards it
• Proficient understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of UK employment law
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to commute to Middlewich
• Experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry
