Job Title: HR Advisor
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire
Salary: £31,000 - £35,000

SF Recruitment are currently working with a large manufacturing organisation based in Melton, to recruit for a HR Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Your role as the HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the People Manager with all generalist aspects of the role, ensuring that all business needs are met across all areas/divisions. You will be the go-to person to liaise between employees at all levels across all departments, line management and the wider HR department.

As a HR Advisor, your daily responsibilities could include:

1. Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the development of Managers to up-skill
2. Supporting and coaching Managers through disciplinary and grievance cases
3. Providing advice to employees and people Managers about employment related issues
4. Managing absence cases of long- and short-term duration
5. Managing all aspects of the recruitment and on-boarding process
6. Supporting the business and wider HR department with managing change processes
7. Providing KPI data and metrics to support activity
8. Compliance administration
9. Carrying out reviews on the internal reward and benefits offered
10. Extensive project-work opportunities across new and ongoing projects

As a valued member of the team, you will bring the following skills and experience:

1. Previous experience of Managing ER caseload
2. Excellent written and oral communication
3. Able to use own initiative, work independently and manage own diary
4. Coaching/ Training experience
5. Full Driving Licence
